Whenever you want! You will receive an electronic copy of the game after your purchase, and then you can play the game whenever you want to. Just be aware that although we've tried to avoid places with early closing hours, some places (including public gardens) will be closed in the evening, especially in winter.

  • Does someone accompany us?

The games are designed to be self-guided, so you can play whenever you want. However, if you want to arrange a special tour with one of our representatives, contact us for further information.

  • Are the routes accessible?

We've tried to make every route accessible, but if you have any concerns please contact us and we can discuss any acess requirements you may have.

  • Is there a recommended age limit?

No, our games are open to everyone, and can be played in families with young children or by groups of friends or co-workers. Although the suggested routes for our games would take over an hour to walk, you can choose where you want to go and make the tour shorter to meet your needs and interests.

  • What do we need for our tour?

You will receive an electronic copy of the game, and we recommend bringing a pen and some paper to keep track of your score, or having another phone on hand to note down your score.

  • Does the game include a map?

Yes, every game comes with a map with the route mapped out. You are also welcome to use your own map or an online map service.
